5 minute Bread


Ingredients:
•3 cups of flour
•1 cup of wheat flour
•1 tsp of salt
•1 tsp of yeast
•2 cups of warm water

1 Step: Mix flour, wheat flour, and the salt together in the biggest bowl you have
2 Step: Mix yeast in 2 cups of warm water
3 Step: Let the yeast sit for 1 minute
4 Step: Then mix yeast mixture with dry mixture
5 Step: Mix just enough so every thing is mixed
6 Step: Let it sit in a warm place with a towel covered on it for 10-12 hours

            After 10-12 hours...

7 Step: Preheat the oven to 400ºF
8 Step: Cover a cookie sheet with foil (very important!)
9 Step: Dump the bread mix on the sheet
10 Step: Put it in the oven for 25 min
11 Step: Let it cool for 5 min
12 Step: The most important part, eat & enjoy!

Cooking Tips:
•Make the water warm not hot
•Foil is very important on the cookie sheet!
•No need to kneed

   This was a very successful bread in my family. It is so easy to make compared to my Nana's wonderful bread. I am going to make this at least once a week. We always have the ingredients except yeast, but now we do.  I hope you enjoy this recipe!
